Manufacturing
Moulding
We mould in hard sand, which allows us to create a wide
variety of products with a high level of detail.
We use water glass binders and sand recycling techniques,
making our production process gentle on the environment. We
are the only company in Sweden that recycles the water
glass-bound sand!
(We received an environment award in 2001, due to our sand
recycling technique).
Casting
Even in the foundry, we think about the environment! We
recycle approx. 90% of our steel to minimise the need for
new raw materials.
Fettling shop
Our new fettling shop is also environmentally friendly,
incorporating air heated recycling and scrap filtering.
